gemma williams1 StarLast month I was told I owed money that I didn’t and was ignored with every attempt of contact I made to prove I had no outstanding balance. Text and called ignored for two weeks. They turned up yesterday and wet my windows because nothing has been cleaned! I’ll be taking my business elsewhere thank youTuesday 27th June 2023
Umm hamada1 StarVery bad service, my windows are never clean after they wash it, they use water which leaves marks on the windows after they dry. When contacted them, there was no reply and I have been ignored. After 8 weeks I got massage to say we are coming tomorrow open your gates. I connected them again and asked them not to come, they didn't come next day which shows they are reading my massages but again no reply. Absolutely a joke! Don't recommend it.Wednesday 17th May 2023
Farhan Ali1 StarThey came today and even though i pay them every month on time they don’t do the job properly. If you try to ring the mobile no they don’t answer. Someone threw egg on my window and even though it was clearly visible these guys came cleaned the window left all that egg marks on the window and left me an invoice. I also told them that u have not cleaned my windows properly but no response. They also don’t clean the windows at the back of my house and charge me a full price.Thursday 18th May 2023

Jake Hardman2 StarHad Rnb round to start the windows on a 8 weekly basis.
Came first time when we were out so didn’t really check how good/ bad they were
second time, a fella came and was there 5 minutes - none of the frames were done, full of cobwebs and dirt in the corners.
I messaged about this and was told they’d come back and sort. Never came back. So I text again to cancel and I didn’t get any apology just ‘no problem’
Rush job to get maximum money it seems rather than customer satisfactionMonday 17th April 2023
